Consultation

Our consulting activity begins with the first discussion with our client, where we develop a thorough familiarity with the company and the position. In this phase we will assist the client in defining the specific job and candidate requisites, identifying the personal qualities crucial to the individual’s success and in developing mutually agreed objectives for standards of performance. When this is completed we initiate the search.

Research

We will conduct research into the nature of the client’s business, markets, competition and environment, and establish target industries, companies and government sources from which the client’s manpower needs can be satisfied.

Evaluation

Based on the results of the first two phases, we begin identifying target candidates for the position, and compile a list of prospects for the job.

Contact

We next contact selected candidates from the target list, conduct personal and confidential interviews with those meeting the client’s requirements, assess qualifications and motivational factors, and evaluate such important intangibles as personality, attitude and candidate/client fit. Concurrent with these interviews we will verify the backgrounds and key achievements of selected candidates.

Assessment

We discuss with our client all prospects on the candidate target list and present a background report in the form of a Profile Letter, a detailed description of the individual and his experience.

We only recommend those candidates who have fully met the established criteria and have a serious interest in joining our client’s firm.

Presentation

Those candidates in whom our client is interested will be introduced in a confidential meeting at the client’s office, our offices or a convenient location.

Background Check

If the finalist candidate(s) and client are mutually interested in each other, we will conduct in-depth reference checks with people in a position to comment on abilities, achievements and personal qualifications of the candidate.

Negotiation

We will be available to aid our client on such matters as the compensation package, and to serve as an intermediary in working out specific details of employment, including issues such as relocation. We will be in an ideal position, for example, to deal with the counteroffer that can occur with highly placed valued executives.

Follow-up

After the successful candidate has joined the client company, we will continue to stay in touch with the client and the candidate during the initial and sometimes sensitive transitional stage. We follow-up again in six months.
