Diversity
CONEX has earned an outstanding reputation by taking a leading role in our industry to facilitate diversity and work with clients to assure that diverse candidates are presented on all assignments. Our Vice President of Diversity is actively involved on each and every search, utilizing her contacts throughout the U.S.
As an example, during 2003 and 2004 we worked closely with a Fortune 50 client to address diversity needs in specific departments. Over two-thirds of the new hires we attracted to these groups were minorities and nearly half were women. In fact, diverse candidates were presented on all 30 assignments we were retained to fill.
